About Me

I been thou so much Crap in my life. I had a bad childhood went thou things I shouldn’t have and it messed with my whole life. I’m 38 years old I have 2 Daughter’s who give me a huge reason why I still go to support groups every Monday and Fridays. I do it cause I want to , I do it cause I have to it helps keep me from going back to the Hospital. My last Stay was December 2015 and I’m not a mentor telling my story. I can’t save everyone but I sure can try my hardest try to save everyone. Stay Strong , Stay Brave , Keep Trying and NEVER GIVE YOU UP

      Your welcome I been dealing with Anxiety for 9 years after my father’s death in 2007 , I never had this issue before that. I think cause it was shock my father anxiety and depression was to much and he took his life. I was and still is a daddy girl and proud of it. I miss him deeply. Cause of his death I have it

        Thank you very much , I learned that when I know I’m going to have a Panic Attack I tell someone and lay down right away my body shakes like I’m having convulsions but I’m not. Last up to 2-4 mins depends how bad it is. Those suck my husband holds my hand and talks to me to remain calm the thing I don’t get I can have them at anytime. Last time I was sleeping I don’t know why. If it’s a bad spell I always past out and I wake up in the hospital

        I’m so sorry. You don’t know the cause of your anxiety? Sometimes that helps. If you have certain fears, you can practice in small steps on a consistent basis.

        It’s when my dad passed away the shock of his death did a toll on my mind. I don’t have them everyday sometimes I be watch tv and have one for no reason I read about anxiety I’m on new meds to take before I have one and those seen to help takes 5mins to work but when it does it stops it

        Thank you im now a mentor to girls who are having this issues who are New to this giving them pointers and give them hope that with help they can control it
