    It’s important to understand causes. The age categories with the highest suicide rates today are 45-64 year olds and those over 85. The driving factors are health and financial. Are suicide prevention groups able to address those issues? More importantly, the planned “reforms” in ACA and Medicare will simply make the financial and health issues worse for these groups. I’m going to put a blog post up on this shortly, with references.
