Being Stressed is hard not to do. With Christmas coming we can get over welled with emotions. Stress can make your Depression worse. The best way to try an manage your Holiday stress take your time do a lil at a time don’t overdo it. Take yourself a time limit . like ok today I’ll give myself 2 hours of Christmas shopping and stop for the day do something fun. Go to Starbucks sit outside if nice out , with winter coming nice blanket hot coco a funny movie. Change your thought so your not so stressed out as much.
